Leo & Loy is a full-service career coaching firm. This means we do the writing with your input. We use the information you provide to us during the intake call, combined with our knowledge of the industry, and we edit and reformat your resume for you.

A typical resume revamp averages four to five business days.

We can usually accommodate rush requests. Additional fees may be required.

We start with an intake call and then go offline to work on your resume. We arrange a time to meet and review the new version, plus make final edits to the wording choices. If needed, we can repeat this process until our clients are satisfied.

We will provide your resume in a Word document.

We do not offer direct placement services.

You can purchase additional coaching time. We have priced our services so that if you feel you need more time with your coach you can purchase time in one hour increments.

We cannot guarantee specific results in your personal job search. We are confident that our tools will improve your resume from the viewpoint of a recruiter and an applicant tracking system (ATS), thereby increasing your chances of job search success.

Leo & Loy is made up of career coaches who are also talent acquisition recruiters. Our coaches have been in the position to decide if a resume is put through to the hiring manager in order to be considered. Each of our coaches has reviewed and critiqued thousands of resumes, which helps as we work with our clients. We know what goes into a strong resume and will help ensure that your resume is ATS compliant, as well as visually appealing.  Since one size does not fit all, we hire coaches from a wide range of industries, which helps us match coaches with clients for a better outcome.
