–   Leo & Loy will update your resume, which starts with a 30 to 45 minute call with your coach to understand your current situation and the revamping of your resume.

–   This call wraps up with an agreed upon timeline for draft review and completion.

–   We then go offline and identify the best format and length, make design decisions (font/layout), reword sections, review any information to omit and provide recommendations for ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization.

–   Next, we come back together to discuss the changes, make any additional edits, and when completed you will receive your final documents in MS Word format.
